More 5-star reviews. Fewer 1-star surprises.
Every customer gets a quick text after their visit. Happy ones go to Google. Unhappy ones come to you first.
This is the easiest service we sell, because every owner wants more reviews and nobody wants to chase them. The AI handles every ask, every reminder, and every routing decision. You just see your star rating climb.
What this actually does
After every appointment, service, or transaction, the AI texts the customer a single question. "How was it? Rate us 1-5." That's the whole ask. No five-page survey, no app to download, no QR code on a receipt nobody read.
If they tap a 4 or a 5, the AI thanks them and sends a one-tap link to leave the review on Google (or Yelp, Facebook, Healthgrades, Avvo, depending on your business and what we set up). Most happy customers will actually post when the path is that short. If they tap a 1, 2, or 3, the AI peels off in a different direction. It captures the feedback privately on a page on your website, asks them what went wrong, and pages you in the Dashboard with the customer's name, contact info, and the issue. You get the chance to call them back, fix it, and turn them around before that complaint ever shows up in public.
Bad reviews that do slip through (a customer goes to Google directly, say) still surface in the Dashboard with an AI-suggested response you can edit and post in two clicks.
How the smart filter works
- Job done. Customer just had their appointment or service.
- AI asks. Sends a text: "How was your visit? Rate 1-5." One tap to answer.
- 4-5 stars. Sends them straight to Google to leave the review. More 5-stars on Google means more business.
- 1-3 stars. Captures the complaint privately on your website. Owner can fix the problem before it becomes a public review.
- Owner sees it. Bad reviews show up in the Dashboard with customer info. You can call and make it right.
What it does
- Texts every customer post-visit. One question, easy to answer in five seconds.
- Routes happy customers to public review sites. Google, Yelp, Facebook, Healthgrades, Avvo.
- Captures unhappy customers privately. On your site, before they go public.
- Pages the owner. Negative feedback shows in the Dashboard with a suggested fix.
- Drafts responses to public reviews. AI suggests, you approve, it posts.
- Tracks star-rating trends. Month over month, by location, by service.
- Works with your existing CRM or POS. We handle the integration.
