We connect to your bank, your card processor (Stripe, Square, or whatever you run), and your QuickBooks. From there the AI watches every transaction as it lands. It categorizes by vendor, by line item, by your past behavior, and by the rules we set up together during onboarding. Receipts you forward in by email or photo get matched to the corresponding charge automatically. Duplicates get flagged. Anything that looks off, like a vendor charging twice in one week, lands in your Dashboard with a note.
