Our commitment
We want throughway.ai to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain the site, not an afterthought.
The standard we work toward
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That covers things like readable color contrast, text alternatives for images, a logical heading structure, and full keyboard access.
What we do
- Build pages that work with a keyboard alone, not just a mouse.
- Write alt text for meaningful images and label form fields.
- Keep color contrast at or above the WCAG AA threshold.
- Use a clear heading order so screen readers can navigate the page.
- Review accessibility when we ship changes, and fix issues we find.
Where we may fall short
Accessibility is ongoing work, and we will not claim the site is perfect. Some third-party content we embed, such as a booking widget or a bot-protection challenge, is built by other companies and may not fully meet the same standard. If any of it gets in your way, tell us and we will help you another way.
Report a problem or ask for help
If you run into a barrier on this site, or you need information from it in a different format, email hello@throughway.ai. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days and will get you what you need.
